- 500g dried split green peas
- 1 smoked ham hock
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 litres chicken stock

Instructions
- Rinse the split peas under cold water and drain well.
